Vidya Jyoti Association
Vidya Jyoti Association for Education and Resource Development (VJA) was registered in 2001 as a non-profit voluntary organization register with the Registrar of Societies in 2001.
Since then, it has been working with educationally and economically vulnerable sections especially women and children for empowering them in the field of Education, Health, Income Generation and Other Community Developmental Activities, thereby maximizing their opportunities. VJA is a Parent Body of Jan Shikshan Sansthan West Delhi (Peeragarhi) Sponsered Scheme of Ministry of Skill Development and Enterpreuneurship, Govt. of India since 2007. The Guidline of Jan Shikshan Sansthan have been drafted by the MSDE.
VJA is also associated with the Disabled and mentally retarded children and has the desire to provide a safe, compassionate and comfortable environment for those with special needs. The organization is working in Karan Mand Budhi Viklang Vikas Samiti, Karnal, Haryana and providing education and Day Care center for 35 children with mental and physical challenges. The purpose being to enable them to take care of themselves with a team of dedicated staff and office bearers. With a view to enhance our social responsibility towards the vulnerable sections of the community.
