1. Chairman shall be the honorary head of the Vidya Jyoti Association for Education and Resource Development.
2. He / She shall preside over all meetings of Annual General and  Executive Committee.
3. He / She shall have the power to convene ordinary and extraordinary meetings
4. He / She shall have powers to invite any other person to attend to the Annual General and  Executive Committee Meeting as a Special Invitee.
5. He / She shall have the right of casting vote in case of division.
6. He / She shall issue the appointment order for the Vice-Chairperson.
7. He / She shall convey the decision of the Management to the Executive Members.

Role Of Vice-Chairperson

• In the absence of Chairman, the Vice-Chairperson shall preside over the meeting of the Annual General and  Executive Committee.
